continue Your suicide safety plan should include the following steps in this order: Check the warning signs Calm and comfort yourself Think about your reasons for living Call a trusted person Ask for professional help Make your environment safe To build your suicide safety plan, make a list of everything you need to complete each of the above steps. The plan should be simple enough that it is easy to put into action when you need it.
