LEARNINGS What I have learnt: Screening and shortlisting resumes Learned to assess candidate’s skills, qualification and experience with alignment to the company’s values. Scheduling and coordinating interviews between candidates and provided feedback to the HR team. Understood the importance of clear communication and transparency during the overall process .

OBJECTIVE To understand the steps of recruitment and selection procedure. To analyze the challenges that are countered by HR of the companies during recruitment and selection. Simplifying the hiring process and ensuring quality matches.

Suggestions The firm should use the HR technologies to conduct a proper recruitment and selection process. Enhancing candidate experience is a good recommendation to improve selection process. Well defined job posting is a good step to improve recruitment process. A detailed Recruitment and Selection should be provided so that workers could do their work effectively and efficient.

CONCLUSION In conclusion ,my internship in recruitment and selection provided valuable insights into the processes of identifying, attracting, and selecting qualified candidates. I gained practical experience in , assessing resumes, and understanding the importance of aligning candidate skills with organizational needs. This experience has enhanced my understanding of human resources and equipped me with practical skills crucial for future endeavors in this field.
