Surah Yaseen

1. Surah Yaseen Presented By: Anoushe Zahoor Rida Nayab Yumna Mir Sana Chaudhry Saira Chaudhry

2. Surah Yas een is a Makki surah i.e. it was revealed in th e first ten years of p rophet hood. It consists of eighty-three ayahs and five rukuhs(sections).

3. THE PROPHET SAID ‘SURELY EVERY THING HAS A HEART, AND THE HEART OF QURA N IS YASEEN, I WOULD LOVE THAT IT WOULD BE IN THE HEART OF EVERY PERSON OF MY PEOPLE’

4. Surah Yaseen mainly focuses on: Allah’s signs and miracles, About the ignorance of the people, The day of judgment, The confessions by body parts & Allah’s power.

5. It is the same to them whether you warn them or you warn them not, they will not believe.(Surah Yaseen ayah 10)

6. THE PROPHET SAID ‘WHOEVER RECITES YASEEN ONCE, ALLAH WILL RECORD THE REWARD OF RECITING THE QURAN TEN TIMES(TIRMIDHI 2812/A 8 DHABI)’

7. THE PROPHET SAID ‘RECITE YASEEN ON YOUR DECEASE D(ABU DAUD/IB N MAJAH)

8. "And our duty is only to convey plainly (the Message)."
