Action taken Report SN Action Point Action taken 1 The non - cadastral villages surrendered by Survey of India on account of challenging terrain (thick canopy, hilly terrain) to be kept out of the ambit of SVAMITVA Reconciled SVAMITVA/DILRMP list prepared 2 NC villages identified as not within Assam by Border Protection & Development Department to be withdrawn from SVAMITVA list. Reconciled SVAMITVA/DILRMP list prepared 3 During the reconciliation exercise with Environment and Forest Department regarding NC villages overlapping with notified RF/PRF area; in cases of villages entirely inside the forest area and partially inside the forest area, the land records database to be updated to reflect these portions as RF/PRF area. All kms of villages overlapping with RF/PRF area shared with Forest Department

SN Action Point Action taken 4 Survey of India to inform Director of Land Records & Survey, Assam regarding the functional status of all 34 CORS with respect to Static and RTK mode observations and as per operational requirements. Confirmation received 5 Survey of India to provide all remaining ORIs of drone flown villages to the Director of Land Records & Survey, Assam. ORIs being given incrementally 6 The 31 NC villages of Cachar (already surrendered by SoI ) will be dropped from the list of SVAMITVA. Out of these 31 villages, barring the villages falling in red zone area, 16 villages will be taken up for LiDAR mapping pilot. Joint action for LiDAR mapping will be as follows – Survey of India – SoI will ascertain whether these 31 villages are a part of Borail WS, will provide the GCPs and facilitate ground support during data acquisition and detailed survey. Survey of India – SoI has ascertained the status of 31 villages as part of Borail WS or otherwise 7 The NC village survey in Kamrup M district to be prioritized in view of Guwahati Ring Road Project.
