Water reduction plan

Target Value=Current Value×(1−Reduction Percentage) Reduction Target Formula: Where: Current Value  is the baseline (e.g., water consumption in 2024). Reduction Percentage  is expressed as a decimal (e.g., 10% = 0.10). Example: If your current water consumption is  6015 KL  and you want to reduce it by  10% , then: Target=6015×(1−0.10)=6015×0.90=5413.5

Linear Projection Formula: If you have data for multiple years and want to project the next year's value based on a trend, use: Projected Valuen+1= Valuen +(Valuen−Valuen−1)Projected Value n +1= Value n +( Value n −Value n −1) This assumes the change from year to year remains consistent. ✅ Example Using Your Data: 2022 : 3378 KL 2023 : 4917 KL Change  = 4917 − 3378 =  1539 KL So, projected  2024  = 4917 + 1539 =  6456 KL Alternatively, you can use  average growth rate  or  linear regression  for more accuracy, especially with more data points. Would you like help applying this in Excel or comparing different projection methods?

 Growth Rate Formula: Growth Rate (%)=(New Value−Old  ValueOld  Value)×100Growth Rate (%)= ( Old  ValueNew  Value−Old Value ) ×100 ✅ Example Calculation: If your water consumption was: 2022 : 3378 KL 2023 : 4917 KL Then the growth rate from 2022 to 2023 is: (4917−33783378)×100=45.56% ( 33784917−3378 ) ×100=45.56%

S.N o 2022 2023 2024 2025 1 Consumption 2501 3378 4917 6456 KL 2 Growth rate % Base year 35.066 45.56 31.23 3 If your current water consumption is  6015 KL  and you want to reduce it by  10% , then: Target=6015×(1−0.10)=6015×0.90=5413.5  Re duction target in %   10 Reduction target in KL 1,042.5

Year Energy (kWh) Production EnPI (kWh/million units) Change from Baseline 2022 241,000 5,000,000 48,200.00 Baseline 2023 265,000 6,200,000 42,741.94 −11.32% 2024 301,000 5,200,000 57,884.62 +20.09% Here’s a  step-by-step breakdown  of how to set the  Energy Baseline (EnB)  and calculate the  Energy Performance Indicator (EnPI)  for NPRI using the provided data: 📘 Step 1: Define the Scope You're analyzing energy performance for NPRI over three years: Energy Consumption (kWh) : 2022: 241,000 2023: 265,000 2024: 301,000 Production Units : 2022: 5,000,000 2023: 6,200,000 2024: 5,200,000 📘 Step 2: Set the Energy Baseline ( EnB ) Choose a baseline year. Here, we select  2022  as the baseline. Baseline Energy Consumption : 241,000 kWh Baseline Production : 5,000,000 units Baseline EnPI : EnPI2022=241000/5000000×1,000,000 =48,200 kWh/million

📘 Step 3: Calculate EnPI for Other Years 🔹 2023 EnPI2023=current consumed /total unit = 2650006/200000×1,000,000 =42,741.94 kWh/million units 🔹 2024 EnPI2024=301000/5200000×1,000,000 =57,884.62 kWh/million units 📘 Step 4: Compare with Baseline 🔹 2023 Improvement 48,200−42,741.9448,200×100=11.32% improvement 🔹 2024 Decline 57,884.62−48,20048,200×100=20.09% increase in energy intensity
