Reviewed and carried out the implementation of Stockgap fuels HSE Policies, Procedures and Programs in line with ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018. Carry out daily site inspection on jobs performed in the facility by other units, contractors/subcontractors to ensure compliance to safety and fire prevention procedures of Stockgap Fuel Limited. Carry out daily site inspection on trucks before allowing into site for loading Ensures the prevention, reporting, and corrective measures for all accidents in the organisation and provide support for accident investigation To collect and analyse MSDS for safe handling of products Monitor and ensure good housekeeping on site and ensure adherence to JHA/JSA and PTW. Perform inspection on pre-loading, loading, tank to truck, truck to truck and ship to shore (STS) as well as shore to ship product transfer Identify and report all unsafe conditions and procedures Conduct routine checks on equipment and follow up on any detected fault until rectified Monitoring and assessing the work of third-party contractors at site Ensure the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) in the site Respond to all emergency issue, report such as Near miss, Unsafe Act/Conditions, Accidents and follow up for close out. Perform site inspections on all Emergency response equipment such as Fire Extinguisher, First Boxes, water hydrants and hoses Prepare locations for HSE meetings and trainings Participate in Emergency response plans- carrying out drills- fire, Medevac, Spill, etc. Perform other activities assigned by the HSE Manager
