Teknoflow was Founded in 1989 in Nashik, Maharashtra, By Mr. Laxman Pachkawde, with one unit of 5000 Square Feet and
with 12 People. We comprise high-performing teams and individual talent that make a meaningful difference to our own

ASME U stamp. Our pressure vessels are designed and
manufactured to meet our customers’ specific requirements,
ensuring the highest level of safety and reliability

Pressure vessels have a wide range of applications and can be

used in various industries, including chemical processing, oil and
gas, power generation, pharmaceutical, food and beverage & more.

In addition, we have an in-house testing facility for hydro testing-
pressure up to 500 bar, and pneumatic testing up to 30 bar. This

enables us to guarantee that our pressure vessels are safe and
reliable before they are delivered to our customers.

6. Air Receiver Tank Et de

Air receiver tanks are an essential component of any
compressed air system, serving as a temporary storage vessel
and helping to reduce energy consumption and wear on the
compressor. At Teknoflow, we specialize in the design and
manufacturing of air receiver tanks for a variety of applications,
including compressor systems, road and rail vehicle airbrake
reservoirs and more.

Our dedicated manufacturing shop for Air Receiver Tank is equipped
with facilities to support the mass production of pressure vessels
ranging from 1 litre to 500 litres. The shop features two cranes with
a lifting capacity of 5 tons each, a robotic welding arm, a blasting
booth, a conveyor line for painting and curing through an oven,
powder coating, and a dedicated hydro testing facility. With our
ASME U Stamp, R Stamp and NB Stamp authorization, we can design
and manufacture air receiver tanks to the highest quality standards.
