rank higher in search engine results, making it more likely for people to find your site when they
search for related keywords. SEO strategies are commonly used on search engines like Google,
Bing, and Yahoo to improve website visibility and rankings in search results.
CMS (Content Management System) : A CMS is a software platform that allows you to create,
manage, and publish digital content without needing advanced technical skills. Examples include
WordPress, which is widely used for blogging and website creation, and Shopify, which is focused
on e-commerce websites. Popular CMS platforms like WordPress and Shopify are commonly used
by businesses to create and optimize their online presence.
SSL (Secure Sockets Layer): SSL is a security technology that encrypts the data exchanged between
a website and a user's browser, ensuring secure communication. SSL is used on secure websites
with URLs starting with "https://" (e.g., Google) and is often seen on online stores, banking
websites, and email services to ensure secure data transmission.

CTR (Click-Through Rate): CTR measures the percentage of people who click on a specific link, ad,
or call-to-action compared to the total number of people who see it. You can track CTR in online
advertising platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and email marketing campaigns to measure
the effectiveness of your ads and content.
Conversion Rate: This is the percentage of website visitors who complete a desired action, such as
making a purchase, filling out a form, or signing up for a newsletter. Conversion rates are

analyzing the success of marketing campaigns and user experience optimization.
Lead Magnet: A lead magnet is an incentive or valuable offer that businesses provide to potential
customers in exchange for their contact information, such as an e-book, webinar, or discount code.
Lead magnets are often found on websites offering free resources like e-books, whitepapers,

information.
CRM (Customer Relationship Management) : CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and Zoho
CRM are used by businesses to manage customer interactions, track sales activities, and automate
marketing processes.

demographics to reach potential customers.
ROI (Return on Investment): ROI measures the profitability of an investment by comparing the

the customer. Platforms like Oberlo and AliExpress are commonly used for dropshipping
businesses. Oberlo is shutting down in 2024, so here are some alternatives.

builders like Unbounce, Leadpages, and Instapage are used to create and optimize landing pages.

businesses with metrics and visualizations to track website traffic, user behavior, and marketing
performance.

(leads) who have shown interest in a product or service. Strategies for lead generation include
content marketing, email campaigns, social media engagement, and lead magnets (e.g., free
downloads, webinars) to nurture leads and convert them into customers.
Chatbots: Chatbots are AI-powered tools that simulate conversations with users via messaging
platforms or websites. They can answer questions, provide information, assist with purchases, and
automate customer support tasks. Chatbot platforms like ManyChat, Chatfuel, and Drift are used
by businesses to improve customer engagement and efficiency.

sell products or services online. Popular e-commerce platforms include Shopify, WooCommerce,
