3. INTRODUCTION When have seen by our general view of it as far as we have gone, that its array of symptoms is very complex. There is no life process which is free from it. Suppression can be established only through power of similia. Psora : our greatest enemy . Hahnemann as said if it was not for the presence of psora in the organism, the organism could not become affected by any other disease, even syphilis or sycosis. Hahnemann who was the first to clarify psora as a chronic miasm to give it prominence it now holds as a disease producing (as a PARENT) agent. This disease entity on ego, had though all ages presented it self in multiple and varying forms, at always with the same death like grasp and held in countless victims.

5. MENTAL SPHERE We know their anatomy and their different functions. But the strange & multiple expressions coming form the brain confuses us. We can group the relation between bile & the process of digestion the lungs and the process of circulations of air as a whole but we can not understand the mental phenomena of life. Fears dogs under lysin. Fear of darkness, night, & thunderstrom under phosphorous. All this is exhibited due to the miams present. They can be present in singular or complex form too. Quiet often mental symptoms are governed by planetony changes by atmospheric barometric changes. The mind also rules over the body so that we lay great importance to the mental miasmatic symptoms. Hahnemann also gave them such a great value as they were primary or basic. when a remedy was carefully selected based upon the mental phenomena, the cures were quiet prompt and often permanent

6. The mental phenomena in disease are important as, through the mind, man aims & then he becomes diseased. Thus man thinks he wills & acts & the outcome of this is the venereal disease. The mind is the ruling power of the body. It is the center of government of all the functions of the body . SYMPTOMS OF PSORIC MIAMS The mental anxiety of psora often makes its appearance about the new moon or at the approach of the menses in women. Weeping often palliates there patients for a time . Dread of labor , of being alone , of the dark. Sudden transition from cheerfullness to sadness or to peevishness without any apparent cause.

7. SENSORINUM Vertigo with momentary loss of consciousness, when things appears too large or too small. Vertigo as intoxicated, especially is this true in the morning dullness of intellect & confusion with nausea & vomiting of mucous only. Vertigo with sensation of falling or as if in a boat. Vertigo on riding in a boat or at sea, with nausea and vomiting , or when riding in a streat car, or in a carriage. Headache with deathly coldness of hands and feet, with prostration, sadness,& general despondency. Headache with bilious attacks, nausea , vomiting coming once or twice a month are usually of psoric origin. Rush of blood to the head or face with roaring in the ears.

8. OUTER HEAD Fishy odour form the hair. The beard is seldom affected by psora nor one the eyebrows & eyelash, stubby, dead, broken hair in the beard. Hair, dry ,lusterless, tangles easily, breaks and splits easily. hair becomes white in spots, aversion to uncovering the head, dry eruptions on the scalp. Hair dread like the hemp form an old roop .

9. SCALP Painfull pimples on the scalp with much itching , which is relieved by scratching but is followed by burning and smarting. itching worse in the evening and head of bed. Psora dry scaly dandruff on scalp with much iching dry crusty eruptions on the scalp. Small popular eruption on the scalp. Offensive discharge from behind and about ears. Eczematous eruptions about scalp.

10. EYES AND VISION Vision of psora is affected by simplex form of refraction. Aversion to light, even quiet marked photophobia is seen. Great dryness, itching & burning of the eyes are to be found frequently under the psoric miasm . The psoric eye has a great intolerance to daylight or sunlight. In psora we have reflex eye troubles or nerve disturbances. Conjunctival troubles are often pf purely psoric nature, especially when there is an ardent desire to rub the eyes, much itching in the canthi, constant , not relieved by rubbing. In the visionary field in psora we have fiery, zigzag appearance around the objects or dark spots followed with streaks of light unsteadiness of vision or the vision is blurred; letters run together in reading. The pains and neuralgias are usually worse in the morning throughout the day, &are relieved by heat.

11. EAR- HEARING Psoric difficulties in hearing are usually of a reflex origin or of a nervous character. The auditory canal in psoric patient is always dry & scaly dry bran like scales are constantly forming & falling off into the canal . Quite often the cerumen is greatly increased or diminished. Itching is a constant symptoms. Psoric patients are oversensitive to sounds or noises, as is seen under coffee, opium & such remedies. The parches of the ear look dirty, dry & scaly in psora.

12. NOSE & SMELL Psora greatly increases the sensitivity of smell. Patients are usually affected by odours of any kind, which will even awake them out of sleep. They are troubled with odours of cooking , the smell of flowers, perfumes, paints, plants etc as they induced nausea, vomiting, headaches, loathing of food, fainting, sickness of stomach, vertigo, loss of appetite &many other annoying symptoms. Psoric cold begin with sneezing, redness, heat, sensitiveness to touch when they have blown for sometime, the dircharged thin, watery & acrid. Painful boils, pimples &vesicles are common in psora often they are extremely painful, sensitive & seldom break or discharge mucus pus. The septum of psoric patient look dirty or sooty looking

13. FACE The face may be pale, sallow, earthy sometimes the eyes have a sunken appearance with deep blue rings around them. Hot flashes at the climactric period is purely a psoric symptoms. Red lips are found in a very psoric patient. Skin on the face is dry, rough & pimply often it has unwashed or unclean appearance. Vesicles about the mouth, small, white, transparent & accompanied with much itching. Swelling of face, red hot, shiny face during fevers.

14. TASTE The taste of psoric is either sour , sweet or bitter and sometimes it is designated as bad taste but the three forms above mentioned are to be found quite constant in psora . Extremely sensitive to taste A burnt taste is only found under psora . A bitter taste with yellow coated tongue . Tasting of food recently eaten , or eructations , tasting of food or of grease , fats or oil etc …

15. HUNGER Hunger at unnatural times during the 24hrs, hunger an hour or two before eating or hunger in the night after sleeping. Hunger immediately after eating; hunger is not satisfied when stomach is full, hunger with weak gone sensation before eating, hunger great prostration after eating. Eating makes psora sleepy. Eating causes profuse perspiration . After eating, much distention & fullness, with flatulence & distension of gas. Hunger is not satisfied by eating.

16. DESIRE & AVERSION The psoric patient has longing & desire for sweets , for acids, & for sour things. In fever the psoric patient have cravings for butter milk, acids things, pickles, cabbage, indigestible things, things that they should not have. Psoric patients will have desire for fats, greasy things, rich pastries & sweets meats, which when eaten induce bilious attack & all sorts of gastric disturbance.

17. STOMACH In psoric people, such as fullness, bloating, great distension due to accumulation of gases or to flatulent conditions . Psoric patients have repugnance to boiled foods, they want everything fried, if possible, & highly seasoned . Meat, greasy & vegetables do not mix well in psoric . The symptoms of psora in the stomach we notice that constant gnawing at the pit of stomach, cold or hot sensation , sensation of weight, of fullness , of tightness, of goneness ,as of stone or lump in the stomach , beatings , pulsation , throbbing ,constriction , oppression after eating , vertigo, epigastric tenderness, heavy, sleepy, drowsy after eating . Eating causes pain, colic, nausea, vomiting or followed by diarrhoea & GIT disturbances of many varieties .

18. EXTREMITIES In the psora we have burning in the soles of the feet , numbness of the extremities with the tingling sensation , feelings as if the parts were going to sleep , worse lying down or after sleep , or if any pressure is brought to bear upon the parts , as lying lightly on the arms or crossing the limbs etc . Prickling or tingling in the fingers or extremities , due to poor circulation , coldness of single parts , as knees , hands , feet , ear and nose etc . Often there is a constant chilliness in the psoric patients , when suffering from any disease or slight ailment ; we find them hovering over the stove or over the radiator . They cannot leave it without suffering from cold . The psoric patient can walk well , but it kills him to stand still ; this is such a positive symptom of psora that it can always be depended upon Psora often is worse by motion & better by rest and warmth .

19. SKIN The skin of psoric patient is dry rough dirty or unhealthy looking , and not only that but it has an unwashed appearance , and the more you bathe it the rougher it is…

20. CHEST , HEART AND LUNGS Psoric symptoms that manifest themselves in sensations . Such as sensation of weakness , goneness , fullness , heaviness and soreness about heart . In psora , they are having violent hammering & beating about the heart , due to reflexes , such as gastric disturbances , flatulence &uterine irritation . Heart affections from fear , disappointment , loss of friends {or} over joy are psoric , these patient they have heart trouble and are going to die . Psoric patient are better by keeping quite , lying down usually . Psoric patient have heart difficulties from eating or drinking , generally worse in the evening or soon after eating .

21. ABDOMEN The abdomen feels full after eating ; in psora & the pains are often accompanied with a feeling of distension or fullness. These symptoms are more to be worse in morning & are often found in children . All the abdominal pains and suffering of psora are relieved by heat and many times by gentle pressure . In psora we often have a beating or throbbing as of a pulse in the abdomen .

22. BOWELS & INTESTINAL TRACT The diarrheas of psora are often induced by overeating ; the patient being always hungry , The movements are usually watery or consist of imperfectly digested food; quite often accompanied with an offensive odour & with colic pains Psora has a spasmodic offensive diarrhoea , which usually relives the patients of their sufferings , but they have no such exhaustion . Aggravated by cold Constipation of psora is very marked ; it is stubborn , persistence and there is no action action of the bowels whatever ; no desire to stool ; the stool is dry , scanty , hard , difficuly pf expulsion , sometimes we have alternations of constipation & diarrhoea .

23. URINARY ORGANS The urine in any psoric patient will pass off frequently involuntarily when sneezing , coughing or laughing . there is not much pain in passing urine in psora , generally a slight smarting , due to acidity of the urine . After fevers in acute disease , the deposit of psora is usually white or yellowish white , phosphates and similar deposits ; occasionally it is pinkish or similar to iron rust . Many of the urinary symptoms of psora are due to reflexes or other diseased states , or in the other words to secondary causes , and especially is this true in women .

24. SEXUAL SPHERE 1. He’s fixed upon sexual subjects and has no power to disengage himself from such Influence which deprived of a healthy mind and body as it is detrimental to his mental being making him morally insane which takes its toll in the form of mania - monomania which is the desire to steal , burn or anything of a destructive manner 2. The action of the hydra-headed monster on the mental sphere makes him to lack strength and energy and the ability to do any physical or mental work 3. Dysmenorrhoea in females which is intensified during menstrual pain whereby the normal function of the uterus is impaired4. Prolong and copious menstrual flow is seen 5. Hemorrhages of bright red blood with vertigo , fainting with pallor aggravated while lying down 6. Menstruation appearing too soon , every two or three weeks which may or not be painful 7. Menses with diarrhoea , expistaxis , optical illusion , roaring in the ears , sensitive to noise , loss of appetite, abdominal pain , nausea and bitter vomiting 8. Flow is pale watery and long lasting 9. Watery leucorrhea with palpitations of the heart , vertigo , general weakness 10. Retroversion , retroflexion and mal positioning of the uterus 11. Spasmodic dysmenorrhea with very sharp colicky pain 12 . Leucorrhea which are purulent and watery mucus , yellowish green , scanty & acidic which produce itching & burning of the parts .

Having known the truth which is asseverate ( put forward ) by the great Master Dr Hahnemann , every Homeopath should be well equipped with the power vested in them to overthrow the knowledge of inconsiderate methods of treating diseases of false cure and suppressive measures put forward by the so called modern system of medicine The Infectious influences of the so called modern medicine so be rid of by the fraternity of homeopathic practitioners The doctrines of homeopathy laid a foundation that supersedes all the other system by which true justice is given to the sick who are in vain for relief The unconventional and unsavoury method of treatment brings in great disdain which is in contrast to the homoeopathic approach of treatment whose true followers knows no doubt about its healing power as faith is restored/replaced in all the doubts through the homeopathic knowledge of cure Anything that is not in parallel to the homeopathic belief should be discarded as this falsity of beliefs brought in a huge clouds of doubt in the brightest mind of true homeopathic practicioners Every student of homeopathy is a student of nature who studies the phenomena of natural laws and when we apply law to diseases we are equipped with the knowledge of development and movement of disease and through the manifestation of these diseases we become viewers of nature through the telescopes of law. The mystery of disease and cure brought about a spiritual awakening in Hahnemann who brought about the mystery of Miasm and law of similia for the world to ponder upon. Although it brought confusion to the medical community who frowns upon the truth , it is a beam of light to the people who seek it and like a diamond it shines in all angles If only, all true homeopaths seeks the ever lasting knowledge of wisdom professed by Dr Hahnemann this sick ridden world would be one healthy place to live in..
