Most popular websites
They are the main reason to have a browser in first time. Websites are the soul of internet,
without them we wouldn’t be able to do anything. This chart shows the popularity of different
websites this year in billions of views. Semrush,2024.

9. Internet Speed:
As people started consuming more media, companies developed better
internet speeds. According with the website “PcMag”,in the mid 2000's, the
global average internet speed hit 1 Mbps. Nowadays average download speed
is 55.38Mbps, when in 2017 was only 7Mbps. This is equivalent of a 750%

10. websites: Mostly searched trhoug Google. Official brands websites, informational websites like
“Wikipedia”, personal blogs, Newspapers websites, among others, are very popular and accessible
ways to search for what is needed.
forums: Forums or media sharing platform like “Reddit” are a slightly more personalized way to
search for information, there people can read and chat to other people asking for information and
advice.
video: Media platforms like YouTube are widely used to post reviews, comparatives, critics,
experiences, etc. So if someone needs almost any kind of information will be there.
Social Media: Some profiles of Instagram, TikTok or even LinkedIn, are specialized in specific niches,
they usually share a mixture of free and paid information.
How people search for informartion?
There are several ways to find information on internet about, news, sports, history, services or goods,
everything can be found on internet if you know how to do it.

commerce sales compound annual growth rate from 2024 to 2029 is of about 9.5%,
it means that the e-commerce market share will be of about 30% worldwide being

In the past year, the popularity of "makeup" has fluctuated, peaking in
certain months. Top countries searching for "makeup" include the United
States, Brazil, Ireland, and the UK.
The term "fashion accessories" has been consistently popular over the past year,
especially during seasonal changes and holidays. The United States, India, and the
United Kingdom drive trends through cultural events, celebrity endorsements, and
fashion weeks.

As we could see, the popularity of internet and services related with it just
increased popularity since the first day, a technology created by the U.S
goberment proposes has changed people’s behavior and lives, and it will be more
important for the world than nowadays. The expectations for the future were
exposed here, the future is with internet.
