4. Introduction to the topic: There Are Very Few Capital Cities In The World That Are Blessed With Such Close Proximity To Nature As Islamabad. The Two Sides Of Islamabad Are Surrounded By Hills. Therefore It Is Possible And Much Easier To Access. There Are Eight Trails That Vary In Distances And Are Assigned With Numbers I.E Trial# 1,2,3,4,5 &6. The Remain Two Tracks Are Named As “The Saidpur Trail” And Bari Imam Trail. Trail 3 Is The Most Famous And Old Existing Hiking Track Of Islamabad. It Ascends About 600 Meters Up To Gokina Security Post And Monal Restaurant On The Pir Sohawa Road.
