GOVERNMENT POLICIES ON SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY The Philippine government implemented several programs, projects, and policies to boost the area of science and technology. The goal is to prepare the country to meet the demands of a technologically driven world and capacitate the Filipinos to live in a world driven by science.
THE NCRP CLUSTERED THESE POLICIES INTO FOUR NAMELY CLUSTER 1 SOCIAL SCIENCE HUMANITIES EDUCATION AND INTERNATIONAL POLICIES AND GOVERNANCE CLASTER 2 PHYSICS, ENGINEERING AND INDUSTRIAL RESEARCH,EARTH AND SPACE SCIENCES AND MATHEMATICS CLASTER 3 MEDICAL,CHEMICAL, AND PHARMACEUTICAL SCIENCES CLUSTER 4 BIOLOGICAL SCIENCES, AGRICULTURE ABD FORESTRY

These laws cover various themes such as conservation, health, technology development, and basic research. Some of these regulations align with international treaties and agreements with organizations like the UN, UNESCO, and ASEAN.
