The Royal Order of Jesters' Philosophy Explained By Royal Order of Jesters

Introduction The Royal Order of Jesters is an invitation-only branch of the Shriners , which is itself a branch of the Freemasons. Unlike most Masonic groups, The Royal Order of Jesters operates under a "no worry" philosophy that is evidenced by the slogan "Mirth is King." In order to understand this belief system, one must understand the values of the organization.

About The Royal Order of Jesters Joining the Royal Order of Jesters is not an opportunity open to everyone. One must already be a Shriner , which by definition is a select group within the Masons. Masons and Shriners believe in helping their communities through charitable deeds. By doing so, they grow as individuals and enhance their own lives as well as their relationships with others. The Royal Order of Jesters believes that once these meaningful contributions have been made, there is time for joyful pursuits. This belief is the guiding principle of the group's laid back philosophy that celebrates the humorous side of life.
