Project Overview:
Developed by CapitaLand Development, one of Asia’s leading developers
from Singapore, Lumi Hanoi boasts a total gross development value of
approximately S$1 billion (around $760 million). As the first residential project
in Vietnam designed by renowned French architect Jean-François Milou,
founder of studioMilou, it will offer around 4,000 meticulously crafted units
along with over 100 exclusive amenities, catering to the needs of discerning
homebuyers. Positioned as one of CLD's flagship developments, Lumi Hanoi
continues the Group's commitment to sustainable urbanization, promising to
redefine urban living.
Execution ideas:
Inspired by the "City of Light" concept, TWS crafted a brand strategy
and identity that encapsulates the distinct living experience of each
phase while reflecting the radiant living vision for the entire
development. Through this approach, TWS defined the brand's
personality, tone of voice, tagline, and core messaging, while
designing a comprehensive visual identity, including colors, patterns,
and key visuals, creating a unique and cohesive branding system
across all touchpoints.
Results:
The brand strategy has made a lasting impression in customers' minds,
contributing to the project's impressive success, with over 3,900 units—
equivalent to 99% of the total—selected by buyers in the first two
phases.

Project's Overview:
Continuing its journey of global living within the international hub of
Vinhomes Smart City, Vinhomes is partnering with Singapore's esteemed
government investment fund (GIC) to launch "The Canopy Residences." This
development emerges as a miniature Singapore in the heart of Vinhomes
Smart City, offering premium apartments that embody the standards of a
modern green lifestyle. With perfect live-work-play amenities, The Canopy
Residences promises a smart, eco-friendly, and dynamic living experience.
Our idea:
TWS has joined the project as the lead designer and creative force
behind the brand identity logo. Drawing inspiration from the soft curves
of the tree canopies, as reflected in the project's name, and
incorporating elements from the Rain Vortex waterfall at Changi Airport
and the iconic Supertree structures at Gardens by the Bay in
Singapore, TWS has masterfully captured the essence of Singaporean
living. This design beautifully embodies the blend of youthful energy
with sustainable and balanced development.

Project's overview:
L7 WEST LAKE HANOI BY LOTTE is a quintessential Hanoi lifestyle hotel with
hotel and residence rooms and is connected to LOTTE Mall, the largest of its
kind in Hanoi. Located next to West Lake, it boasts excellent views of
beautiful landscapes and sunsets.
Our Ideas:
Engaged in the project as responsible for the entire design and creative
scope for L7 West Lake Hanoi By Lotte during the pre-opening and first-
year operation phase, TWS is responsible for five main areas: Creative
content, Creative translation, Illustration, Packaging design, and Hotel
Collaterals design. Inspired by the architectural lines with Indochine
influence of the hotel, combined with the brand's elegant,
sophisticated, and friendly character, TWS has successfully brought a
local spirit while still expressing the distinctive personality of L7 in all
design materials.

Project's overview:
The Holiday Halong is a resort apartment project located in the bustling area
of Bai Chay, Halong with a central location. Besides its prime location, The
Holiday Halong stands out with most apartments having spacious sea views
and modern European-standard design.
Our Ideas:
Starting from the project's location as "One of the most beautiful
sunrise spots in the world," TWS designed a logo that accurately
represents the project's spirit. Additionally, the symbol and logotype
are based on the combination of the top/bottom backgrounds of the
sunrise from the horizon. This color combination creates a sense of
luxury, sophistication, and romanticism.
Achievement:
The design's color mood of The Holiday Halong has created a new
trend in the real estate market in the late 2020 and early 2021 period.
Currently, the project has successfully traded 100% of the apartment
fund offered for sale.

Project's overview:
Berriver Jardin owns 476 apartments with green and balanced living space
in Long Bien district. Located in an area with many high-end apartment
projects, Berriver Jardin needs to have outstanding branding. Understanding
this, TWS has brought a luxurious and sophisticated brand identity.
Our Ideas:
Based on the slogan "Luxury home by the river - Green living next to
the street" and "Balance" towards "Living Green - Living Blue", TWS
created a harmonious logo with the layout of the logotype, water
element, and garden. The project's identity is also a balance between
the green background and the white space, creating a feeling of
freshness, peace, and luxury.
Achievement:
The brand identity and logo bring a strong visual impression to
customers. In the first sales period, the N02 building with 150
apartments had owners for all units within a month, with more than
1,000 visitors coming to view the new apartments.

Project's overview:
Vinhomes Smart City is a 280-hectare urban area consisting of 98 villas & 58
apartment buildings. It is the first project in Vietnam to apply advanced
information technology & the Internet of Things in urban management,
providing residents with ideal conditions to enjoy modern & convenient living.
Our Ideas:
The logo and brand identity inherit the most distinctive feature of the
project - leading technology and excellence of "The first international-
class smart city in Vietnam". The use of technology blue color scheme
in design, combined with dot patterns and icons that represent
technological elements, can create impressive and stunning effects.
Achievement:
Not only being regarded as a magnet of the real estate market in West
Hanoi, the project also won two prestigious awards at the Asia Pacific
Property Awards (APPA), which are the Best Mixed-Use Development in
Vietnam and the Most Sustainable Residential Development in Vietnam.

Project's overview:
In order to expand its international customer base, Vinpearl Hotel & Resorts
has decided to restructure its business into four distinct lines: Vinpearl Luxury,
Vinpearl Resorts, Vinpearl Discovery, and VinOasis. As a project consultant,
TWS has identified the immediate challenge of building a unique, high-end
Vinpearl Luxury brand that stands out from other brands within the group.
Our Ideas:
The brand standard manual, embodying the spirit of "Luxury defined by
Vietnam - The quintessence of Vietnam," was completed in just 16 days,
based on four core values: Rarity, Originality, Thoughtfulness, and
Inspiration. A system of brand language and voice was created to
ensure clear, confident, sincere but elegant and highly personalized
communication.
Achievement:
The systematic brand standards and vision have helped Vinpearl
Luxury increasingly establish its position in the Vietnamese and
international luxury resort market. In June 2022, Vinpearl officially
announced a strategic partnership with Marriott International.

Project's overview:
Com4tea - Comfort tea - Come for tea was founded with the spirit of
changing the perception of bubble tea as only for young people, and
transforming it into a delicious and nourishing drink that brings comfort to
families. With this goal in mind, a striking design will help Com4tea make
waves in the market.
Our Ideas:
TWS idea is demonstrated throughout the graphics with a circular
element that conveys a soothing and carefree spirit. The "O" in the
Com4tea logo (the main subject) represents the pearl, and the colors
used are light and elegant tones. For packaging, TWS has produced
designs that are suitable for waterproof plastic material.
Achievement:
The product has been well-received by consumers in both retail stores
and large supermarket chains (Aeon, Winmart, etc.). At the time of its
launch, the Com4tea design caught up with market trends and hit the
sweet spot of popular food presentation.

Project's overview:
Kyo Dashi is one of the first Japanese-style baby food brands in Vietnam and
is currently trusted by many new families with infants. The brand is in the
process of expanding its franchise. Therefore, TWS has created a professional
logo and brand identity that suits the brand's customer profile.
Our Ideas:
Regarding the logo, pattern, color and font, TWS aimed for a modern,
bright, and minimalist Japanese style. Consequently, TWS continuously
created and renewed dozens of product concepts along with spacious
layouts for product photos and models. These ideas are applicable to
various advertising formats, which sets the brand apart in the market.
Achievement:
Kyo Dashi has released hundreds of marketing publications in the last
three years, expanded to nearly 30 branches nationwide, and has the
second-largest brand coverage in the field of nutrition baby food in
Vietnam.

Project's overview:
G7 Taxi is a traditional taxi brand formed by the merger of three companies:
Thanh Cong Taxi, Ba Sao Taxi, and Sao Ha Noi Taxi. Later on, ABC Taxi was
added to expand their coverage in the Hanoi market. To stand out in the
market and compete with the technology-based Grab Taxi, G7 Taxi set a big
challenge for TWS to create a unique brand identity.
Our Ideas:
In terms of the logo, the G7 Taxi name is structured like a solid key,
with the letter X in Taxi used as a distinctive pattern for office supplies.
As for colors, TWS used basic colors that make it easy to manufacture,
install, and apply on thousands of cars, and especially to maintain
colorfastness when the cars are exposed to outdoor weather
conditions.
Achievement:
G7 Taxi was launched and became prominent in the market with its
sophisticated and meticulous brand identity. The customer experience
was also improved with clear and attractive pricing, regulations, and
promotions when using G7 Taxi.

Project Overview:
Yến Số 1 represents a brand crafted by the skill and passion of the Vietnamese,
dedicated to delivering superior-quality bird's nests to their valued customers.
In 2024, Yến Số 1 has officially launched its new line of bird’s nest products
with rock sugar. The range features Triple Nest for an extra boost of nest
content and Extra-Nest in three delightful flavors: cordyceps, collagen, and a
special blend designed for children. Aiming to bring high-quality products to
consumers nationwide, Yến Số 1 implemented a strategy to expand its dealer
network across the country.
Exucution ideas:
Yến Số 1 is committed to delivering the original taste of bird’s nests, which is
why they are the leading name in "artificial cave bird’s nests”. Therefore, The
Woodpecker Studio (TWS) has masterfully captured this story in the packaging
design, featuring swiftlets soaring over mountains, reminding us of their natural
nesting place – caves. This ensures consistent brand recognition, with
communication materials grabbing customer attention at all touchpoints,
effectively conveying the message of pure bird's nest essence.

DONG NHI - ONG CAO THANG'S WEDDING

Project's overview:
Dong Nhi and Ong Cao Thang received immense attention when they
announced their relationship and wedding after 10 years of companionship.
Regarded as one of the most viral events in Vietnamese showbiz in 2019,
their wedding was likened to the wedding of the century due to the immense
popularity of both individuals and their extensive reach.
Our Ideas:
In collaboration with the operation department, media team, and PR
consultancy for the couple, TWS decided to book the entire resort for
48 hours exclusively to serve the event. With over 500 guests, including
around 200 celebrities, TWS also planned integrated marketing on
various platforms such as digital media, KOLs, and press, anticipating
any potential media crisis.
Achievement:
The media effect was massive, not only during the event but also
throughout 2019. Participating brands had a significant search and
mention rate on multiple channels, with over 300 articles, 4.5 million
interactions, and an audience reach of 17 million interested individuals.

Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81 is a major project with the goal of becoming
the tallest hotel in Southeast Asia. To promote the project, TWS has
implemented an integrated marketing strategy to spread the word and
emphasize "Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81 - the destination of ultimate
experiences".
Our Ideas:
A "huge" integrated marketing strategy has been implemented to
promote the demand and experience of Vinpearl Luxury Landmark 81
and establish its position with international friends. In particular, the
"Race to the Summit" competition has made Vinpearl Luxury Landmark
81 the host location, helping Landmark 81 have a unique "dual-
opening" event and attracting significant public attention.
Achievement:
More than 350 articles from both domestic and foreign sources such as
VnExpress, Zing, Vietnamnet, Forbes, DestinAsian, Breaking
TravelNews, Asean News, etc. On social media platforms, the event
also attracted 2,3 millions buzz, 119,200 likes, nearly 20,000 comments,
and 8,000 shares. Among them, up to 80% of the content is interested
in services, facilities, designs, booking, and vacations at the hotel.
