Introduction to Timesheet Submission
Accessing Timesheet Step 1: Navigate to Timesheet under Self Services.
Project and Work Details Step 2: Select a date range from the date picker or land on the current week by default.
Step 3: Choose the Project from the Projects dropdown (if assigned to multiple).
Step 4: Select the Work Type from the dropdown.
Step 5: Choose the Work Model from the dropdown.
Step 6: Enter Hours Worked, selecting from the maximum time allowed per day.
Step 7: Enter task details in the Task Description field. Optional: - Click the + icon to add another task. - Click the delete icon to remove a task if needed.
Saving Your Entries Step 8: After entering all details, click Save to store your input.
Weekly Timesheet Completion Step 11: Repeat the previous steps to fill out the entire week's timesheet.
Reviewing Timesheet Entries Step 12: Navigate to the Summary Tab to: - View the filled timesheet. - Expand/collapse task entries. - Edit entries using the edit icon.
Final Submission Step 13: If everything looks correct, click Next and then Submit to complete. Confirmation: Timesheet submitted for manager’s approval.
