Separate ‘Egg Yolks’
from the ‘Whites’
into two different
mixing bowls
Add 4 tablespoon
Sugar to Egg Yolks
After adding sugar to egg yolk,
beat yolk mixture with an
electric mixer until mixture
becomes creamy
Add
Mascarpone
Cheese
to mixer
(yolk & sugar)
and
mix
thoroughly
with an electric mixer.
Beat egg whites
in a different
mixing bowl,
until it turns into
‘fluffy’
white peaks
Add
‘fluffy’ white egg
into
Creamy Mixer
(Yolk, Sugar & Mascarpone)
In another bowl,
prepare
Very dark “Espresso”
or Dark Coffee
and mix
4 teaspoons of
“Amaretto”
Substitute:
Dark Rum
for
Amaretto
Dip ‘Lady
finger’
in the
‘Espresso’
mix for
2 seconds.
Do not soak.
Arrange them
in
a medium
Rectangular
Dish.
Pour 1/3 of the Creamy mixture
on top of the Lady fingers’ layer
and spread evenly
Arrange another
layer of Lady Fingers and
spread evenly with 1/3
of the creamy mixture.
Arrange one more
layer of Lady Fingers and
spread evenly with the
balance mixture.
Sprinkle
Coco powder
on top.
Refrigerate
for at least 2 hours
before serving.
