4. Introduction : It consist of buying and selling goods and services over an electronic system such as the internet and other computer networks. E-commerce is the purchasing ,selling and exchanging goods and services over computer networks (internet ) through which transaction or terms of sale are performed electronically . The e-commerce tools used in online business help increase efficiency, quality and business success. High quality tools such as catalog display tools, website shopping carts, an online payment system, survey tools. These functions include areas such as diversified and ERP system integration, accounting automation, customer data collection and abandoned shopping cart recovery. 4

Digital payment: A digital payment, sometimes called an electronic payment, is the transfer of value from one payment account to another using a digital device such as a mobile phone, POS (Point of Sales) or computer, a digital channel communications such as mobile wireless data or SWIFT (Society for the Worldwide Interbank Financial Telecommunication). This definition includes payments made with bank transfers, mobile money, and payment cards including credit, debit and prepaid cards. Email marketing platforms and print marketing : Email marketing software is service-based software that marketers use for email marketing. This software can be used for a variety of different purposes, from growing a list of email subscribers, to designing and building customized email templates, to creating segmented lists for more targeted, relevant emails to be sent. With a variety of services, resources, and tools, the software allows marketers to do much more than simply send emails. 6

If for instance, you run a drop shipping website and you receive an order, the next step would be to contact your supplier who then ships an item from their warehouse to your customer’s delivery address. In that context, we can define the whole process as shipping. 7

This software gives maximum control over the planning and activities with the customers. Also has warehousing and shipping management capabilities. Digital Products: Digital products of online business, on the other hand, are products that cannot be touched, but are used virtually. It is a very profitable business to do business with digital products in online business. The advantage of doing business online with digital products is that they do not have to be delivered directly, they can be delivered online, these products are delivered via email or website download. Popular digital products for online business, domain, hosting, software, media player, virtual card, virtual account, website plugin, website template, theme, etc 8

9. Web Content management tools : Content management tools help to include, manage, update, delete, add and maintain web portals. Most of these systems use databases for store page content .The set of XSLT (Extensible Style Sheet Language Transformation) files is used by visitors to display the website. This WCMS can also be used by non-technical people. Joomla, Drupal, WordPress, PHP Nook are some examples of this tool. WCMS offers a wide range of text, graphics and media file controls. Can be designed with less coding. Therefore it is easy to design from start to finish. Administrators make rules to manage the workflow. Knowledge Management tools: Knowledge Management tools help organizations to increase decision making quality, staff agility, change facilities of market needs, information sharing among users, store knowledge for future users etc. Knowledgebase Manager Pro is a rich internet tool uses Ajax technology and Web 2.0 PHPKB Knowledge management software is another powerful tool provides advanced features for handle customer efficiently. Advantage of it is that it provides reasonable lifetime licenses.OpenKM is an open source electronic management system. It is a useful tool in knowledge management processing. Advantage of Open KM is flexible and less cost than other applications. It can use small as well as big organizations. 9

Social media : The internet and e-commerce technologies have evolved to be much more social by allowing users to create and share content in the form of videos, text, music or pictures with a worldwide community. Examples of social technology are: Facebook, MySpace , YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc. Facebook is used to engage consumers and is also a major e-Commerce platform. There are over 8,000 e-commerce Facebook pages in Bangladesh, many of which are small businesses using solely Facebook to advertise and sell their products, ranging from clothes, beauty products to food.With faster internet connections, Google cache servers, and better streaming, YouTube is also gaining popularity in Bangladesh Customer Relationship management tools: The CRM tool helps build relationships between customers and the sales and marketing team.Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools have been around for many years now, together with a dedicated customer support team, using Zendesk can give your company a real competitive edge when compared to other companies ’lack of customer engagement. Sales Nexus is an online CRM tool. Its key features are sales automation, email marketing, database customization, team collaboration, and communication with each customer via phone, chat and email. Important benefits include sales, helpdesk, project management, communication and document management modules. 10

Conclusion : The main advantage of an e-commerce tools business is that it makes it easy for us to conduct business flexibly and At the same time, it is very useful to reach the full range of the target audience in a few seconds. Nowadays, internet home business has also become a common means of making money in the form of e-commerce. We need to have a computer or phone and internet connection so we can easily continue marketing and business with a click of the mouse.Another notable advantage of an e-commerce business is that it helps you identify the target audience very quickly and reach them very easily. 11
