O que significa TDAH? O Transtorno do Déficit de Atenção com Hiperatividade (TDAH) é um transtorno neurobiológico que aparece na infância e frequentemente acompanha o indivíduo por toda a sua vida. Ele se caracteriza por sintomas de desatenção, inquietude e impulsividade. Tipos de TDAH 1.Desatento(Transtorno de déficit de atenção) 2.Hiperativo impulsivo 3.Misto(Apresenta dois ou mais sintomas)

Causas A noradrenalina ou norepinefrina, é uma das monoaminas que mais influencia o humor, ansiedade, sono e alimentação junto com a serotonina, a dopamina e a adrenalina. A dopamina é um neurotransmissor da família das catecolaminas e atua, por exemplo, sobre as emoções e a atenção.

Diagnóstico Diagnóstico psiquiátrico, psicológico, neurológico, médico. NEBA HEALTH DSM-5

Tratamento   O tratamento baseia-se na intervenção multidisciplinar envolvendo profissionais das áreas médicas, saúde mental e pedagógica, em conjunto com os pais; A psicoterapia que é indicada para o tratamento do TDAH chama-se  Terapia Cognitivo Comportamental; A medicação, na maioria dos casos, faz parte do tratamento; O tratamento com fonoaudiólogo está recomendado em casos específicos onde existem, simultaneamente, Transtorno de Leitura (Dislexia) ou Transtorno da Expressão Escrita (Disortografia). 

Legislação   O tratamento baseia-se na intervenção multidisciplinar envolvendo profissionais das áreas médicas, saúde mental e pedagógica, em conjunto com os pais;

TDAH no Contexto  Escolar  Um terço ou mais de todas as crianças portadoras de TDAH ficarão para trás na escola, no mínimo uma série, durante sua carreira escolar, e até 35% nunca completará o ensino médio;   É de extrema importância que alunos com TDAH sejam motivados;  A escola deve desenvolver o potencial específico de cada um, enfatizar suas características únicas, perceber seus pontos fortes e tentar superar os pontos fracos, pois esses alunos precisam de apoio e intervenção acadêmica com maior intensidade;

TDAH no Contexto Escolar  Na sala de aula sua estrutura poderá ser criativa, colorida, ativa e estimulante;  Aluno com TDAH leva de 3 a 4 vezes mais tempo para fazer uma lição;  É necessário que a quantidade de trabalho não exceda o limite;  O dever de casa não deve ser jamais um castigo ou consequência de comportamento inadequado na escola.
