How to make Bill of Material
First, we must have shop drawing from contractor.
Example:

How to make Bill of Material
From that picture, we can calculate assumption length
of busduct.
Busduct from trafo1 to LVDP1:
200+200+1300+2826+3097+1300+200+130=9253
Busduct from trafo2 to LVDP2:
200+200+1300+4360+6901+1300+200+130=14591
Note: all measurement in millimeters, b is based of busduct capacity.
630A-2000A: 100, 2500A-6000A: 130 (AL-AL)
630A-2500A: 100, 3200A-7500A: 130 (CU-AL)
200+130

How to make Bill of Material
This is height of busduct from panel and trafo. If we don’t know about actual height in
site, we can assume it with 1300 or 1500.

2826+3097=5923
4360+6091=10451
This is feeder length of busduct from panel and trafo. We can calculate it based of
measurement which appear in shop drawing.

From shop drawing and list of feeder, we will know about part of busduct which use in
this project.

To find out amount of hanger bar, we can divide feeder length/1300 or 1200.
1300 or 1200 is distance between hanger to other hanger.
Flexible bar and connection bar is used to connect from trafo bushing to flange end.
Wall flange is used to covering damage wall which crossed of feeder from some room
to other side room.

Drawing from Contractor
Contractor, as builder of project should have give shop drawing for technician. And then, it will be editing
and arranging to find out part list or component which use to this project.
Technician
Shop drawing from contractor is learning by technician. If any question, technician will held meeting to solve
the problem. To find out real measurement, technician will survey location and make some note to compare
between shop drawing and real condition in site.
Returning to Contractor
After results and editing shop drawing, it will be returning to contractor. They will check, correction, and make
final results before shop drawing send to LS Cable Korea.
LS Cable Korea
Final drawing which edited by technician and approved by contractor will be sending to Korea. Korea will check and
edit drawing also. They will give some advice or some solution for this project. After that, Korea will send final shop
drawing for approval. If there’s no problem and contractor also agree
