PAYMENT SCHEME 0.05 Euro per Message Sent Quota of 100-150 messages/day SCHEDULE Cut-off time 12AM UK Time NUMBER OF WORKDAYS (at least 5 days minimum) PLATFORM is OPEN 24/7 Cut off for PAYROLL Biweekly (every 16 th and 1 st of each month) You need to produce at least 200 messages per cut off to qualify for the payment and messages left unpaid won’t roll over in the next cut off. Salary will be wired through your Local Bank or Gcash account within 5-7 days from Cut Off MELLOW MEDIA LIMITED Note*** If you hit the quota with a 90% response ratio per cut off, you’ll get €30 BONUS

How to deliver quality messages? Read the chat history, the player and client’s details, and the notes section Show interest about their personal life – ask about personal stuff especially if the conversation is new Build rapport – give compliments and add some pick-up lines Have a normal conversation but incorporate flirty messages – think like you’re just talking to your friend/boyfriend/husband Proofread before sending your reply – check on your grammar and punctuation Create different personalities on each player – put yourself in the player’s position all the time Focus on the conversation to make it look and sound that you’re legit Make sure to have sense on what you’re talking about on your replies Think about the next moderator who will handle the same client – Don’t be too selfish Be flirty but don’t talk about sex all the time MELLOW MEDIA LIMITED

How to keep the client responding? Stick to the topic Answer every client’s question and acknowledge the information they are providing At the early stage of the conversation, make it a habit to ask PERSONAL questions especially their names, location, etc. (getting to know stage) Have a normal conversation but not too boring Check the timestamp of the client’s message all the time- If you see that the message is left unread or unreplied for a few hours try to apologize but you can’t use the same excuse since you’re portraying different players DO NOT LEAVE YOUR CLIENTS HANGING as they might lose interest in talking to you! -- If you are to log off and you notice that you’re the only one handling the messages, let the other moderators know that there are clients waiting. Always check the client’s credits - If the client has few credits left, increase the sexual tension for him to buy more MELLOW MEDIA LIMITED

Most Encountered scenarios Boring Messages? Ask questions about their sexual fantasies. Respond to all the questions of your client, don’t skip any! Give the client a lot of compliments about their name, pictures or about the way they talk. Be nice! Ask clients about their exes/flings/former lovers. Read the conversation back, and don’t ask double questions. By asking good questions you will SHOW INTEREST and you will build a good CONVERSATION. Check online for flirty ideas and be productive at all times. Asking for phone numbers/email/other apps? Tell them that you are not yet ready or prepared to share personal information because you have to know them first. Tell them you have had bad experiences with SKYPE, WhatsApp, Email etc. Say that your ex/husband/boyfriend/partner checks your phone regularly. You were stalked by somebody after sharing your phone number too soon. Ran out of credits? If the client mentioned that he’s running out of credits or won’t get anymore credits , tell him you are disappointed because you thought you were worth some credits. You can also tell him that you will wait for him, until he has credits again and add that you love surprises. Or that you are still not ready to meet out of this site and hope he can understand. If you see that a client has 1 credit left , trigger them to get more, but don't say it directly. Make the conversation so hot, that they cannot refuse to respond. MELLOW MEDIA LIMITED

What to do if the client asks for your location? MELLOW MEDIA LIMITED

Policy on Violation of Rules and Guidelines Minor Violation Gross Grammar error. Do not use endearments. Do not agree to a meet up or going on a date with the client. Avoid message duplication or using templates. Excessive use of punctuation(s) and/or fillers. Send at least 90 characters per message. Log in important details regarding the client and the player. Gross irrelevant replies or Lame Replies. Make sure to ask at least one question. Saying “I love you” not unless the client specifically asked for it. Major Violation Don’t engage in an inappropriate chat like incest, sex with minors or rape. Do not be RUDE. Divulging important information that the client must not know. Do not agree in using other forms of communication other than the site. Do not engage or support the client’s plan of suicide, robbery, murder, use of drugs and other criminal acts. Never agree to a sexual act that may have similarities to abuse and violence. Do not use other languages than English. Hate speech, discrimination and the like.
