POLICY INTRODUCTION This ICT policy informs all employees of their responsibilities when using HPI's technology resources. It ensures that everyone understands the guidelines for using company assets like computers, emails, and the internet. Employees must use their work devices for job-related tasks only, ensuring a secure and productive work environment. Thurs. 03/10/2024 Scope of Application This policy is relevant to all HPI employees and clients using company resources, regardless of location or employment status .

Computer, Communications Devices, E-mail, and Internet Usage Internet use is restricted to job-related tasks. HPI owns all internet data and can monitor usage. Prohibition on offensive content in emails . Unacceptable Internet Use Stealing passwords. Accessing unlawful or inappropriate sites Hacking or introducing malicious software. Thurs. 03/10/2024

Key Usage Points Email Usage Emails sent through HPI’s system are official correspondence . Information (Data) Management Regular data backups are mandatory. Employees are responsible for the safekeeping of company hardware.
