4. Pentingnya OBE dalam MBKM
Link & Match dapat dicapai melalui peningkatan kompetensi lulusan yang dihasilkan perguruan tinggi dengan dunia industri. " KOMPETEN artinya lulusan itu sudah berani bilang AKU BISA APA , bukannya ini ijazahku. Kalau dia bilang ini IJAZAHKU , itu artinya dia (hanya) bilang AKU SUDAH BELAJAR APA ,” katanya. Perpres No. 8 Tahun 2012 Pasal 2 KKNI terdiri atas 9 (sembilan) jenjang kualifikasi, dimulai dari jenjang 1 (satu) sebagai jenjang terendah sampai dengan jenjang 9 (sembilan) sebagai jenjang tertinggi. Pasal 3 Setiap jenjang kualifikasi pada KKNI memiliki kesetaraan dengan capaian pembelajaran yang dihasilkan melalui pendidikan, pelatihan kerja atau pengalaman kerja .
Perpres No. 8 Tahun 2012 Pasal 4 Capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan atau pelatihan kerja dinyatakan dalam bentuk sertifikat. Sertifikat pada ayat (1) berbentuk ijazah dan sertifikat kompetensi. Ijazah pada ayat (2) merupakan bentuk pengakuan atas capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan . Sertifikat kompetensi pada ayat (2) merupakan bentuk pengakuan atas capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh melalui pendidikan atau pelatihan kerja. Capaian pembelajaran yang diperoleh melalui pengalaman kerja dinyatakan dalam bentuk keterangan yang dikeluarkan oleh tempat yang bersangkutan bekerja . 2

IES 5: Initial Professional Development (IPD)— Practical Experience Practical experience refers to workplace and other activities that are relevant to developing professional competence. Practical experience during IPD builds on general education and programs of professional accounting education . The public expects professional accountants to apply their experience and knowledge in carrying out their roles.

STANDAR PROSES PEMBELAJARAN (Permendikbud 3/2020, pasal 10) Standar proses pembelajaran merupakan kriteria minimal tentang pelaksanaan pembelajaran pada program studi untuk memperoleh capaian pembelajaran lulusan. Standar proses mencakup: (a) karakteristik proses pembelajaran; (b) perencanaan proses pembelajaran; (c) pelaksanaan proses pembelajaran; dan (d) beban belajar mahasiswa.
