4. Create a Part 3 Part will appear in tab ‘New Parts’

5. Linking to Part 4 Find the document or part you want to link Copy the document or part, two options: Ribbon, Start tab Right-Click

6. Linking to Part 5 Link to Part, two options: Ribbon, Start tab Right-Click

7. Linking to Part 6 A popup will appear asking if you want to Link to the Part

8. Linking to Part 7 Child documents and parts appears indented under the Part in the Structure

9. Delete Link from Part 8 Three options: Ribbon, Edit tab Object tabs, Structure Right-Click WARNING : Select ‘Delete’ with the link icon Delete with the ‘X’ icon will delete the document Permissions can be used to limited permanent delete to Admins only c b a

10. Delete Link from Part 9 A popup will appear asking if you want to delete the link

11. Edit Part 10 Two Options: Ribbon, Start tab Right-Click part a b

12. Edit Part 11 Some attributes can not be modified They will be greyed out
