2. CHANGE STATUS 1 Change Status, three options: Ribbon, Start tab Ribbon, Edit tab Right-Click b a c

3. CHANGE STATUS 2 The full status network is displayed Can change status to statuses not greyed out You can only do one Status change at a time

4. CHANGE STATUS 3 To check your Permissions at a given status select Permissions All Permissions you have been granted at the selected status will be listed

5. CHANGE STATUS 4 Status change will be reflected everywhere

6. CHANGE STATUS 5 You can change the status of a parent and all its children using ‘Status change top-down’ Status change top-down, two options: Ribbon, Edit tab Right-Click

7. CHANGE STATUS 6 Select the ‘Depth’ you want for the status change None Just the top-level object Directly linked Direct children of top-level object All Everything, children of children

8. CHANGE STATUS 7 Status change is done by object type One at a time You can skip if you don’t want to change status

9. CHANGE STATUS 8 All statuses updated simultaneously
