Networking Winter ARTS Showcase December 2024 in South Carolina Objective: Assist & observe talent coordinators, meet industry professionals looking for talent, & observe showcase operations. Industry Events Great American Comedy Festival June 2025 in Norfolk, NE Objective: Attend to my duties assigned by Festival Board as a committee member. Observe how board & ambassadors assist comedians before, during, and after their performances. Elevator Pitch You know how finding a community of artists in rural areas can be difficult? Well, what I do is scout various locations to seek out undiscovered talent and extend an invitation to them to develop their skills in my performance space. I work with them one-on-one or offer them professional teaching to refine their skills and have a place to receive audience feedback. In fact, once they have mastered their skills they will be showcased at a national event including some of the most influential people in the entertainment industry. Mentorship I will refine my skills by learning under Kim Myers. She is an Executive Producer, International Talent Scout, & Motivational Speaker for her company Applause International. Kim & her Team have been launching careers for aspiring actors, singers, dancers, and models for over 30 years. Sources: Applause International Website & Great American Comedy Festival Website
