Psychomotor Test Psychomotor test  is to assesses the participants ability to perceive instructions and perform motor responses often including measurements related to movements. 3

Health Related Fitness Test Health-related fitness (HRF) is theoretically defined as a  multidimensional construct containing the components cardiorespiratory endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility and body composition which are essential to stay healthy 4

Physical fitness Test Health Related Physical fitness is defined as a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity and demonstrate indications of healthy life style . 5

Physical Fitness Test It is also characterized by (1) an ability to perform daily activities with vigor, and (2) a demonstration of traits and capacities that are associated with a low risk of premature development of hypokinetic diseases (e.g., those associated with physical inactivity).  6

Physical Fitness Test is defined as a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to perform physical activity of moderate to vigorous (MVP) level and reflect reserve energy to work during any emergency needs. 7

Motor Fitness is defined as a set of attributes that people have or achieve that relates to the ability to reflect capacity to perform physical actions engaging neuro-muscular coordination's which are associated with sports. . 8

Nutrition Assessment Is the process of determining the nourishment status of an individual based on anthropometric, biochemical , clinical or dietary data. Nutritional assessment is the systematic process of collecting and interpreting information in order to make decisions about the nature and cause of nutrition related health issues that affect an individual (British Dietetic Association (BDA), 2012). 13

Systems of Nutritional Assessment: Three types of nutritional assessment systems have been employed both in population-based studies and in the care of hospitalized patients:

Nutrition Status Assessment 15

Anthropometric Method (body measurement) 16

Biochemical Testing These tests use blood samples from the patient, and are broken down into particular areas such as vitamin tests, mineral tests, calcium tests, iron tests, sodium tests, electrolyte tests, and more. 17

Clinical Assessment Estimation of nutritional status on the basis of recording a medical history and conducting a physical examination to detect signs and symptoms associated with malnutrition

Dietary Method Estimation of nutrient intakes from evaluation of diets, food availability and food habits , food recall procedures, diet histories, food records.

Snellen eye chart: History (1960’s) Dutch eye doctor Hermann Snellen developed the Snellen eye chart in the 1860s. He was a colleague of Dr. Fransiscus Donders, who began diagnosing vision problems by asking people to look at a chart on a wall and tell him what they could see. According to  The New York Times , he asked Dr. Snellen to make the chart. Dr. Snellen also created a chart called the “Tumbling E” chart, which can be used by people who cannot read, or by young children who don’t know the alphabet. Instead of using different letters, the “Tumbling E” eye chart uses a capital letter E that faces in different directions. The eye doctor asks the person being tested to use their fingers to show the direction in which the “fingers” of the E are pointing.

A standard Snellen vision testing chart from the 1950s

How to use the Snellen eye chart The Snellen chart usually shows 11 rows of capital letters. The first line has one very large letter. Each row after that has increasing numbers of letters that are smaller in size. You stand 20 feet away from the Snellen chart, and read from it without your glasses or contacts. You cover one eye and read out the smallest line of letters you can see. The test is done on each eye. In some offices, the chart is viewed using a mirror so the test can be done with less than 20 feet of space. The results are the same whether or not a mirror is used. If you have  20/20 vision , you are considered to have normal visual acuity. The top number refers to the distance in feet that you stand from the chart. The bottom number indicates the distance at which a person with normal eyesight can read the same line you correctly read. A person with 20/20 vision can see what an average person can see on an eye chart when they are standing 20 feet away.

Hearing TEST : Watch Tick Test Sound Detection Test: It measures the quietest sounds you can hear. Not popular anymore after Audiometry test. Tester need to have normal hearing atleast in one ear. Keep the watch at distance of participant from where tester could listen . Ask participant to respond to the sound.

Hearing Level The hearing level is quantified relative to 'normal' hearing in decibels (dB), with higher numbers of dB indicating worse hearing. Hearing loss can be graded as follows [ 2 ] : Normal hearing: less than 25 dB in adults and 15 dB in children [ 3 ] . Mild hearing loss: 25-39 dB. Moderate hearing loss: 40-69 dB. Severe hearing loss: 70-94 dB. Profound hearing loss: 95+ dB.

Sports Skill Test Johnson Basketball Ability Test. McDonald Soccer Test, Lockart and McPherson Badminton Test, Brady Volleyball Test, Dribble and Goal Shooting Test in Hockey, Tennis: Hewitt’s Tennis achievement test
