Main types Aerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercise. Flexibility exercise.

Aerobic exercises Uses more muscle groups and causes body to use more oxygen. The goal of this exercises increase cardiovascular endurance.

Aerobic exercise Running. Cycling. Swimming. Brisk walking. Skipping rope. Rowing. Hiking. Danicing .

Anaerobic exercises strength and resistance training. Goal of this exercises increase muscle mass & coordination and balance.

Anaerobic exercises push-ups. pull-ups. lunges. squats. bench press. weight training. functional training. eccentric training. interval training. Sprinting.

Flexibility exercises stretch and lengthen muscles. The goal is to improve the range of motion (R.O.M.)
