communication channels, such as emails, instant
messages, or online chats, while the communication is
occurring.

seizing and examining computer-related evidence.

(WECD)
•Is a type of warrant that allows law enforcement
agencies to search and examine computer devices
seized during lawful arrests or other authorized
methods. This warrant empowers authorities to
search for and analyze digital evidence stored on
computer devices to aid in criminal investigations.
