TYSONS PIMMIT REGIONAL LIBRARY Department of Public Works and Environmental Services/Building Design and Construction Division Project Description- The Tysons Pimmit Library project, located at 7584 Leesburg Pike, consisted of renovations to the existing 24,500 square foot library. The project included the selective demolition of existing interior components, including partitions, finishes, MEP components as well as hazmat abatement. New construction included new roofing, interior partitions, doors, windows, millwork, interior finishes, fixtures and equipment and MEP system upgrades. Site work consisted of new sidewalks, ADA upgrades and an exterior canopy. The project is designed to satisfy LEED Silver requirements . Substantial Completion- July 9, 2017 Project Cost- $5,610,000
