3. 3 PRIORITIES PRIORITY ORDER NEEDS 1 Basic Casual T-shirt, Polo T-Shirt in different colors 2 Cropped denim jacket & stylish denim jackets 3 Chino pants, slim cut formal pants (cigarette pants or slim fit tailored trouser), white colored jeans

STRENGTHS KIABI Women's Group : Smart jackets and suits co- ords are fast seller Short sleeves blouses in different summer colors sell fast for smart collection and casual ( FW SILHC, TH CASU A) Fashion table -tm smart and TH SMART are selling very well. Linen shirts in different colors sells well High waist fashion short, casual linen shorts and pants in different colors sells well, perfectly suits for the seasons Maternity: Maternity dresses are doing well Size plus: TH SMART r are selling well – linen and formal shirts

KIABI AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT Women’s Standard: Better if we will have bundle offer on basics in order to increase upt and encourage the customer to purchase more qty Customers want matching linen shirts and bottoms esp this summer season and we need additional colors of leggings not only black We received a nice variety of tops, bottoms and dresses but very minimal qty (ALY84, ALY98, ALY99, ZR439,ZS243,ZS710, ZI094) Linen materials short sleeves tops, shirts, pants and shorts in different colors are in demand on summer season that need a wider collections and decent quantity of replenishment As always, basic formal suits are fast selling in all seasons that need a continuous replenishment Size plus: Need more options of formal blazer and trouser Maternity : Need more options of light material dresses

6. BEST PRODUCT / WHY ?   The blazer Zi093 has been best seller for since P1 ZS243 linen has moved really well, we need more colors and higher quantitiy from the same style / or similar style

7. BAD PRODUCT / WHY? ZJ404 – 1% sellout Size plus customers doesn't prefer this type of item, they go mostly for t-shirts AQG38 – 5% sellout Customer did not like the print for this style.

8. STRENGTHS COMPETITOR N°1  H&M As usual H&M continues to create impeccable visual displays and boasts various products that caters the needs of many. Collections are very relevant within the region. R&B Huge collections with a bundle offer (2 for the price of 1) Product blockings Currently having a promotion (GWP) free travel bag for every 200dhs spent. Lefties Products are fashionable with a really good price points. Carries good volume of collections that are on trend and within the target of the customer profiles. Product blocking creates a huge impact. MAX & CENTREPOINT They are consistent in producing huge volumes of collections which are relevant within the region. Provides varieties of designs and materials. Strong visual display and visual communication (POS)

STRENGTHS KIABI Men’s Standard : Men’s basic beach shorts are in demand for both plain and printed Chino, cargo and casual shorts are selling well ( all BL story) All summer polo’s are fast moving- BL CHEM C, TH CASU A Wall pants and wall chinos are best seller Men’s Size + : Best seller in size plus are polo, basic t-shirts shirts and summer shirt (BL SUMMER, BL CASU )

KIABI AREAS OF IMPROVEMENT Men's Standard: Need continuous replenishment in wall pants and chino pants N eed decent size replenishment for formal suits B asic t-shirts are in demand all the times that requires continues replenishment Men's size +: We should receive styles and options as well what we are getting men’s standard but in less quantity

28. BEST PRODUCT / WHY ?   ZN087 shirt did really well in all colors, customers loved the material the most, and the price was reasonable ZM889 / ZO970 continue to preform well in P3 Shorts have started selling really well in P3, like ZN305 / ZN303

29. STRENGTHS COMPETITOR N°1  H&M Collections are almost the same with us in terms of category but when it comes to variety and volumes, they are ahead. Wide range of basics, shorts and pants CENTREPOINT & MAX Highlights new collections, strong visual display and visual communications Lots of mannequins across the departments to highlight the collection of each story. 85. BEST PRODUCT / WHY ?   ZP383 and AMN 03 sold really good, as it has nice design. ZM779 was very comfortable to wear ( need more options form similar product)
