2. University of Engineering & Technology Mardan (UET Mardan ) was established on 7th March, 2018 by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa under the KP Universities Act. The University Campus is situated on main Charsada Road, Mardan spreading over an area of 172 Kanals . Previously, the Campus had been operational since 2002 as one of the satellite campuses of UET Peshawar. Initially, two teaching departments, i.e., Telecommunication Engineering and Computer Software Engineering were established with BSc programs. ABOUT

4. Computer Labs Department of Sofware Engineering Department has the following state of the art laboratories equipped with every instrument and software required in the software engineering courses. 5. UET Mardan Central Library The Central Library of UET Mardan has ample amount of books which are issued to the students at the start of each semester. The library is also equipped with fifteen latest Core i7 computers which are connected to the HEC Digital Library through high speed PERN. The students are provided comfortable seating area where they can study in a comfortable environment.

6. UET Mardan Hostels UET Mardan Hostels have been established for the outstation students. Hostels are providing hygienic & pleasant environment and are equipped with all amenities for standard living. Three hostels have been built in the campus of UET Mardan (2 for male and 1 for female) which have capacity to accommodate 380 students. Two hostels (1 for male and 1 for female) are under construction to fulfil any additional capacity requirements. The management makes a sincere endeavor to provide all the needed facilities and comforts. These hostels provide: Peaceful academic environment. Good meals, prepared under hygienic conditions. Limited indoor recreational facilities i.e. TV Room Indoor games
