Introduction Upselling is a sales strategy that encourages customers to purchase a more expensive, higher-quality, or upgraded version of the product or service they were originally considering. The goal is to increase the value of a single sale by convincing the customer that the more premium option offers a better experience or greater benefits Cross-selling is a sales technique that involves recommending complementary or supplementary products or services to a customer based on their initial purchase. The focus is on adding related items to the original purchase, rather than upgrading the item itself Enterprise
Enterprise How to set up Dive in to the point of sale, and open the product screen
Enterprise Now, select one product. In the product screen under point of sale we can see a new field
Enterprise Here you can see a new area called Upsell & Cross-Sell
Enterprise Add optional products which need to be shown in the screen. We can add multiple products.
Enterprise After saving that, go back to the dashboard and continue selling
Enterprise Now add the product which have optional products assigned.
Enterprise On Adding the product to cart, a new pop up will come with all the optional products.
Enterprise From here we can upsell or cross sell the products. We can add these products to the cart using the add button.
Enterprise Then the product will be added to the order lines. Now we can complete workflow and create orders.
