3. In teamwork, the dual objective means that
every group has two parallel goals
The task goal–
WHAT the group aims
to achieve or produce
(a plan, report, idea,
or solution).
The process goal–
HOW the group
works together
(communication, trust,
participation, learning).

It is the group leader's task is
to take care of the two goals.

4. Tuckman’s stages of group development
1.Forming: The group comes together, members get to know each other,
goals are clarified.
2.Storming: Differences emerge, roles and opinions may clash,
the group learns to handle conflict.
3.Norming: The group agrees on rules, roles, and ways of working;
trust begins to form.
4.Performing: The team functions
effectively toward its goals;
collaboration and creativity peak.
5.Adjourning: The task is completed,
the group reflects, evaluates, and dissolves.

13. Using AI with web tools for collaboration
Ask the group for metaphors, concepts, perspectives,
opinions, diverse viewpoints, lists,ideas,..
Use discussion or web tools like Answergarden,
Padlet or shared document.
Copy the answers to the AI:
•Summarize and/or categorize the answers.
•Create slideshow of the categoriesto enhance discussion.
•Get suggestion for each category for further discussion.
•Generate three thought-provoking discussion questions.
•Ask forfollow-upquestions.

14. Thinking “out of the box” with AI

•Use AI to suggest alternative solutions to the problem.
•Use different “AI personas” tobroaden perspectives.
•AI can simulate feedback from different stakeholders.
•Each member asks AI a slightly different version of the
same question. →Compare results.
•Encourage participants to broaden their thinking with AI.
–Give us three unexpected ways to look at this issue.
–Imagine we solve this problem as if we were NASA /
a theatre troupe / a kindergarten.
–What would be the opposite solution —and what can
we learn from it?

15. Agree or disagree
1.Mark a line in the middle of the room.
2.Read AI-generated statements about the theme of
the meeting or training, like ”AI can be creative”.
3.Participants move to the other side ifthey agree
or the other if they disagree.
4.Ask for justifications from both sides.
5.Let participants switch sides if the arguments
are convincing.

perspective and share their thoughts.
E.g.Future of AI [where and when].
3.Ask groups to generate an image, infographic
or comic strip as a summary of their discussion.

Ask for reflection on both the theme and
the use of AI.
