We chose this topic because the school currently faces challenges with manual record-keeping, which leads to inefficiencies and errors. Risk of data loss and obstruction of timely communication and decision-making among administrators, teachers, and parents. Parents feel disconnected from their children's educational experiences. Identified problems include errors and data loss in manual record-keeping, lack of a centralized system, difficulties in tracking attendance and performance, limited parental access, and disorganized financial tracking.
