5. Group 1- Distributive Justice “FAIR SHARE” Scenario: The Shared Garden In a community garden, there are four friends who come together to grow fruits and vegetables. However, they have different ideas about how to distribute the produce fairly among themselves. Friend A's Perspective: They believe that the fruits and vegetables should be divided equally among all participants, regardless of how much effort each person puts into maintaining the garden. Friend B's Perspective: They suggest that those who spend more time and resources on gardening should receive a larger share of the produce as a reward for their hard work. Friend C's Perspective: They believe that those who cannot afford to buy fresh produce should receive a larger portion to ensure everyone has access to healthy food. Student A's Perspective (the alleged bully): They claim self-defense , stating that they were being bullied and reacted out of fear. Student B's Perspective (the alleged victim): They deny being a bully and argue that they were provoked by Student A. Community Member's Perspective: They advocate for harsh punishments for the vandals to deter future acts of vandalism and ensure accountability. Teenagers' Perspective (the vandals): They express regret for their actions and are willing to repair the damage they caused.
