Kabacan Pilot Central School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Include program/project for the publication/printing of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) regarding YSEP and SPJ programs; Include reading program/project for higher grade levels (4-6); Include program/project for the publication/printing of ECD checklist, PHIL-IRI, CRLE, Rapid Mathematics Test, Assessment Tool, Action Research among others; Free- WiFi for teachers and students; Check appointment and assignment/designation order of ALS teachers to clarify their station;

6. Kabacan National High School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Verify assignment/appointment of ALS teacher; Confirm permit regarding Open High School; Include program/project for journalism in AIP; Include budget for the increase of bandwidth of the school’s radio station;

7. Lower Paatan Elementary School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Change the term “honorarium” to “token” in the AIP; Combine programs/projects in the AIP with related activities ; Include program/project for internet connectivity in the SIP;

8. Osias Elementary School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Adjust the early registration date from January 25 to February 25.

9. Dona Josefa E. Marcos Elementary School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Verify programs and projects if placed under the proper title/heading whether planned and implemented and/or not planned but implemented; Convert SBM room into Reading Room; Refrain from using the word “construction” rather use repairs and maintenance;

10. Upper Paatan High School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Prioritize proper storage of school electronic assets such as but not limited to computer peripherals;

Osias High School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Ensure accomplishment of proper clearances before any demolition of any school building even if funded it is funded by the PTA; Ensure that latest terminologies or acronyms are used in the SIP/AIP; Items in the AIP should be culled out from the SIP; Conduct early registration of enrollees in January instead of July; Consider projects/programs to be tangible for proper assessment of results;

Upper Paatan Elementary School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Remove projects/programs not funded or implemented by the school; Include in the mapping all school-aged children instead in focusing a single age such as 5-year-olds to increase enrollees; Remove the program review of curriculum guide while up until the MATATAG curriculum is available or fully implemented; Include procurement of first aid kits for all grade levels; Include in the AIP program/project for school titling; Specific projects/programs with defined interventions;

13. Malamote High School KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT Specify items in the AIP such as but not limited to school grounds improvements; Include programs for literacy and numeracy; Include program for school titling of school site;

Ways Forward KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT AOs should assist in requiring parents of their child’s PSA birth certificate otherwise they have to sign the affidavit of undertaking; Combine programs/projects in the AIP with related activities; Use KRAs of school head as KRAs for the AIP; Prioritize projects instead of having multiple projects at once, focus on one project at a time to ensure completion and quality especially for repairs and maintenance; Refrain from using the word “construction” rather use repairs and maintenance;
