Ways Forward KABACAN SOUTH DISTRICT AOs should assist in requiring parents of their child’s PSA birth certificate otherwise they have to sign the affidavit of undertaking; Combine programs/projects in the AIP with related activities; Use KRAs of school head as KRAs for the AIP; Prioritize projects instead of having multiple projects at once, focus on one project at a time to ensure completion and quality especially for repairs and maintenance; Refrain from using the word “construction” rather use repairs and maintenance;
