PROFESSIONAL FEES
Firm’s Pricing Policy Firm’s pricing is based on efforts involved and the risks associated with issuing the tax audit report. Our charges are inline with requirements of the industry standards. Basis for our fees Our fees is based on the current nature of the business, size of the Company and scope summarised, as shared during the introduction meeting and the information provided by you. Any significant changes in your activities or group structure which could lead to changes in the fees will be discussed with you in advance. No major internal control weakness exist in any of the entities, general IT controls and IT application controls are effective, and there are detailed descriptions available of your processes and your internal controls. It would be extremely difficult to estimate with any degree of precision, the time estimates in the first year of the assignment. We believe this could be done in subsequent years. Based on our experience and taking into consideration the time involved and proficiency required, we propose the fees structure as below (plus applicable taxes) which will be exclusive of out of pocket expenses for the following scope of services . The same is subject to review annually.
