Welcome to WUPOS payment process Training Session WU-SUMMIT WUPOS payment process Welcome your customer . Before you start, be sure that you have following information from your customer : • MTCN (Money Transfer Control Number) • The name of the sender • The location (county name from where the money is sent) • The name of receiver

Welcome to WUPOS Training Session User login through his / her ID and password by using the URL https://wupos2lb.westernunion.com Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

Input User Name and Password Press “Log In” button Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

Below screen will appear after successful login . From the main menu select “Pick U p C ash” Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

    User will enter 10 digit “MTCN” and hit “Search” Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

After successful MTCN search, Beneficiary Details appear , Verify Sender & Receiver Name and Amount, click on “ PayOut ” button Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

After successful MTCN search, Beneficiary Details appear against MTCN Number ask customer “Are you already My WU Member” OR “Do you have / know your My WU Number” Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

  If verification is done then come to the receiver details where the mandatory fields in this section will appear. User will enter the necessary details of receiver Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

Following information should also be entered in WUPOS: Beneficiary Country of Birth, Relationship with S ender & Nationality or O ccupation of beneficiary Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

If verification done then come to the receiver details where the mandatory fields in this section will appear. User will enter the necessary details of Receiver Address, (Valid Mobile/Phone Number) Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

If verification done then come to the receiver details where mandatory fields in this section will appear. Teller will enter the necessary details of receiver such as Address , (Valid Mobile/Phone Number ) then press “Payout now” Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

  After input necessary details Teller will press “Pay out” button. System will automatically generate the payment Receipt consisting of two copies i.e “Customer’s C opy” and “Office Copy” , bearing the complete details of the transaction. Teller will take signature of the customer on printed receipt. Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

If branch itself pull out the transaction take the receipt in “PDF Format”, or if payment has been pulled out through Head Office on the instruction of branch then branch will receive copy of receipt in “PDF Format ” via email, to pay the money Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

After cut off time/day end, Teller can view transaction log from the option “Transaction Log” available in “Other Services Menu” . This screen will appear, after pressing “Transaction Log” select date range and press “Search” button. Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

Following details showing the total WU payments of the day of your branch. You can verify number of payments you have made on the day. Which can be extracted in Excel sheet. Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

Teller can export “Transaction Log” by selecting the option “Export to file ” , if required. Teller can print “Transaction Log” by selecting the option “Print” and keep it for record purpose on daily basis at day end . Welcome to WUPOS Training Session

Remote Payment Procedure Welcome to WUPOS Training Session If branch system is not working due to any reason, the payment can be made through Home Remittance Department located at Summit Tower through email request. Provide following details: Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN), Date Receiver Name, Receiver CNIC/ID, Phone Number, Address Sender Name, Originated Country, Expected Amount, Valid CNIC / Passport Expiry date of Valid CNIC / Passport, Date of Birth Purpose of transaction, Beneficiary occupation, Relationship with the sender Email on: To: [email protected] You can also call Direct Numbers: (021) 32468427 & 30-32
