INTRODUCTION Maharaja Dehydration Pvt. Ltd. was established in 2003. There were two dryer machines in starting. They were producing 2000 MT dehydrated onion products annually. To fulfill customer demands, the company's production capacity was increased for dehydrated onions & powder to 6 MT & 10 MT per day respectively. The company has increased its scope of production by starting production of various garlic products as well. Maharaja Dehydration Pvt.
