Submitted the permit modification to the St. Johns River Water
Management District (SJRWMD) on 05/24/2024 (Application No. 148395- 4).
A Request for Additional Information (RAI) letter was issued by the
SJRWMD on 06/21/2024.
Currently addressing the stormwater comments as well as the wetland
impacts.
Plan to resubmit to the SJRWMD in the near future.

During Hurricane Ian (September 2022), Gee Creek at Shore Road
overtopped the right-of-way and caused significant impacts

The existing 60-inch corrugated metal pipe is at an adverse slope
(the downstream pipe invert is approximately 6 inches above the
upstream pipe invert)

Upon Seminole County release of the Preliminary Computer
Model, Pegasus will evaluate Various Culvert Improvements to
Reduce Upstream Flood Stages and Minimize Downstream
Impacts.
