To take over, merge with or form strategic alliances with other global retailers, focusing on other markets. THREATS Being number one means that you are the target of competition.(Extra competition and new competitors entering the market could unsteady pantaloons retail India) Price wars between competitors, price cuts and so on could damage profits for pantaloons retail India. A slow economy or financial slowdown could have a major impact on pantaloons retail India business and profits.

SUGGESTIONS   Pantaloons should provide standard carry bags. Stocks should also be increase. More attractive signage should be there which attracts the customer. Staffs should give a proper information to the customers regarding green card by which there will more and more enrollment. More cashiers should be available in morning time instead of one cashier. Staff should describe the product in good manner. Proper seating facility should be present for the old age people.

Many organizations are looking for various ways to increase their customer loyalty as it has a positive effect on the profitability of the organization .
