Roof and Wall Insulation

3. SPECIFICATIONS
Structural Framework:- Roll-framed cold rolled lipped "C" steel section of
width 89mm to 150mm made out sheet thickness ranging from
0.75mm/1.60mm with Zinc/Galvalume coating of 275GSM .
I/c Portal frame made of HR steel if required to accommodate large room
including the base plate, anchor bolts etc. as per structural design.
Purlin:- GI hot section /Galvalume "C" section.
Runner:- Cold rolled lipped "C" steel section shall be provided at intervals
of 750 c/c for hanging of lights/false ceiling.

4. Roofing:- Metal profile PPGL 0.5mm TCT in colours as approved by
Engineer-in- Charge.
 
Roof Insulation :- 16kg/m3, 50mm thick fiber glass roof insulation.
 
External Wall cladding:- 1ST Layer-9mm thick Heavy Duty Fiber cement
boards of exterior grade (as per ISI 4862:2000 type 'A' category '3') of
approved make & building wrap.2ⁿᵈ Layer-As per Specification(EIFS/ACP
etc)
 
Internal Wall Cladding:-1ˢᵗ Layer-18mm thick normal fiber cement boards
of approved make (as per ISI 4862:2000 type 'B', category '3').2ⁿᵈ Layer-
gypsum board/Laminates etc
