Secondary Girls tennisters to hit back after 2-1 loss Idjao, Malaluan share limelight in Doubles DAVAO CITY—Region IV-A CALABARZON tennis team is all set to retaliate for the next game after its ill-timed defeat against Region IV-B MIMAROPA ending the match with a bleak 2-1 rout at 2019 Palarong Pambansa Tennis Secondary Girls (Team Event) held in Ecoland Phase 1 Tennis Center, yesterday. “My team performed very well today. Yes, we failed, but I just want to establish the same confidence for our next game. We played an even performance and were able to step up. According to the Tournament Committee, the game was rescheduled due to the nonappearance of the Medical Group.
Tracy Cheldette Llamas, 17, of San Beda University Rizal, displayed a forceful start after erecting a 2-0 lead in the onset but fell short to keep her momentum and agility as she crushed in the latter part, finishing the match with an austere 5-8 loss against Franzyn P.
