4. *1998
Xenbo was officially founded in Wenzhou, where was known in China as the “Capital Of
Electrical Devices”. Xenbo continued the business in thermal management and provide
heat sink for electrical devices of medium frequency range.
*2000
Xenbo launched the new heat sink module with lower cost for new thyristor.
*2001
The manufacturing line for 5 inch thyristor liquid cooler was built.
Xenbo was awarded “the preferred supplier of heatsink” for top 10 medium frequency
power module manufacturers.
*2003
Xenbo was invited as team leader to compile the national electric standard of
“Semiconductor Heat Sink Standard GB/T8446.1-2004; GB/T8446.2-
2004;GB/T8446.3-2004”.
SB series launched.
History

5. *2005
The headquarters and factory moved to Hangzhou.
Xenbo R&D lab and center started cooperation with National Electric Application
Engineering Center.
*2006
SB series heat sink got national patent and Zhejiang Province Hi-tech award.
Involved in National Grid business. Started the mass production of SVC liquid cooler.
Important investments was made on CNC, vacuum brazing equipment, and fine
grinding machine etc. Xenbo became the only local company with full capability of
designing, prototyping, testing and mass production of heat sink products.
*2007
SH series heat sink got national patent.
Xenbo got 16 patents until 2007 and was awarded “Zhejiang Province Hi-tech
company”.
SZ, SM series heatsink were launched.
SB series took 75% market share in China.
Started R&D project of high purity water cooling equipment with Zhejiang University.

6. *2008
The high purity water cooling equipment was awarded with “ Zhejiang Province
Strategic Hi-tech Projects”.
SMH series products was delivered to China Southern Train Co.,Ltd.
SH Series was delivered to National Grid DC electricity transimission project.
*2009
Friction Stir Welding capability was capable;
Xenbo was awarded by magazines as hi-tech company.
*2010
Construction of new factory in AnHui province was finished. This 33,300 square
meters factory is the capacity promise to customers.
Got first HVDC light project of Shanghai NanHui wind power project.
*2011
Xenbo began the overseas market and participated in the German PCIM Fair every
year.
*2013
Xenbo is going to have a distributor in Canada for the North America market.
