HCMandservesthesamepurpose.

structure,theadministratorcandirectlyenrollabulkofusersforaspecific
trainingusingthatcohortinsteadofindividuallyaddingalltheeligibleusers.

3.GuestAccess:Thisisusedtofacilitateaccessforexternaluserssuchas
candidates,vendorsetc.
