Justice - "The little ones are hanged; the big ones are let go."
This sentence, by the - now former --Ex chief investigator Brorhilker, describes the
fundamental social problem of Germany.
-Ex chief investigator Anne Brorhilker - the fiercest pursuer of aggressive tax avoiders -
throws in the towel after 12 years and asked the Attorney General's Office to release her
from her civil servant position.
Her explanation of her request sounds resigned and frustrated:
"I have always been a public prosecutor with heart and soul, especially in the area of
white-collar crime, but I am not at all satisfied with the way financial crime is prosecuted in
Germany. These are often perpetrators with a lot of money and good contacts, and they
encounter a weakly positioned judiciary. [...] Then we have the result: the small ones are
hanged, the big ones are let go." (Source: WDR Investigative)
In other words:
In Germany, the devil always shines on the biggest pile ??????
?????? Small vs. Big
?????? Weak vs. Strong
?????? Rich vs. poor
To those who have in Germany will be given.
And it gets even better: Not only do the big/strong/rich clearly show the small/weak/poor
their limits.
They also play them off against each other to distract from themselves.
?????? ♂️ 2nd generation migrants against refugees
?????? ♀️ Mini-jobbers vs. recipients of citizens' allowance
?????? Bourgeois vs. Vegans ……… (... the list goes on and on.)
On average, Germany may be prosperous and social.
But the interesting thing is never the middle, but always the edges* -
because it is with them that the devouring of injustice, hostility to the constitution,
extremism, etc. begins.
