Operational costs of TCB are financed mainly
from overhead charges levied on actual project
expenditures of the Technical Co-operation
Programme.
For non-UNDP funded projects, TCB calculates
the actual costs of its inputs in the form of
experts, fellowships and equipment, and adds to
the total cost of these inputs the appropriate
percentage overhead rate as compensation for
execution of project.
