PROJECT MONITORING IN DMRC through STAMP System for Tracking And Monitoring Projects CGM/Project DMRC
MULTI - DIMENSIONAL Building Information Modeling (BIM) 3D - Geometry - Three Dimensional (x, y, z) visualisation of the Project. Easy collaboration between multiple teams having different areas of expertise. Streamlined communication and sharing of design expectations. Reduced instances of rework and revisions due clash detection at planning stage itself. Model based Cost Estimation and Value Engineering. 4D - Time – Timeline, Scheduling and Duration. Seamless coordination among Consultants, Client and Contractors. Better preparedness in terms of next steps during every construction stage helping to avoid delays. 5D - Cost – Real Time Cost visualisation – Planned vs. Actual. 6D - Sustainability – Self-Sustainable & Energy Efficient. 7D – Facility Manager – Holistic Facility Management Information for entire Lifecycle.
3D BIM - DESIGN STAGE MODEL - STATION
FEATURES : Integration with BIM 360 Design Models. 2) Integration with Primavera schedules. Progress Updation from Site through Mobile App on Real Time basis. 4) Integration with Vendor Payment Portal (VPP). 5) Role based Graphical Dashboards for Project monitoring. 6) Visual Progress on 3D BIM Models . 7) Hosting of software on cloud for easy access. 8) Provision for Backing up of Data on On-Premise Server at Metro Bhawan. STAMP – System for Tracking And Monitoring Projects
5 STAMP will monitor Progress of all the Contract Packages of Civil & System Works of DMRC Phase-IV Project – Line 7 (Extn.), Line 8 (Extn.), Line 10, Patna Metro Project (Corridor 1 & 2) and all future Projects of DMRC. STAMP will also monitor issues of work front availability (pre-construction activities) such as Land availability, Tree Transplantation, Shifting of Services and Design Status. Physical Progress – Planned vs Actual - can be viewed as on date, one month before and Forecast for future months. Past and Present Progress at any stage of the Project/Package can be viewed. All the above features can be viewed on 3D BIM Models . Revenue Operation Date (ROD) of each Corridor/Line shall be monitored through Master Primavera Schedule (MPS). MPS consists of activities for Tender Preparation, Process & Award and Execution of all the Contract Packages of all disciplines of that Corridor/Line and integrated with all Primavera Schedules of all Contract Packages of that Corridor. Financial Progress – Planned vs Actual – can be viewed for each contract package for various disciplines and for each corridor. ( Actual Financial Progress from Vendor Payment Portal ) STAMP (5D BIM) – Visual Project Monitoring on Cloud
