Clinical features Affected teeth are maxillary lateral incisors and third molars Peg shaped lateral in which the mesial and distal sides converges or Taper incisally .
Radiographic features Radiographs will permit evaluation of size of both erupted and non-erupted teeth
Diagnosis Looking at the size of tooth clinically can be easily made
Management Crown and bridge work is required for aesthetic rehabilitation of teeth
