VISION
Strive to develop their fundamental
skills and personal qualities in peer
facilitating. Collaborate in Christ's
work for the fulfillment of persons
through peer facilitation and peer
support to their classmates and other
students as well.

MISSION
In response to the institution's mission
of harmonious development of the
students, commits itself for the
personal growth of its members
through sharing their talents, time and
effort in helping form effective and
stable relationships among peers.
Members commit themselves in
assisting their peers in the various
aspects of school life.

RATIONALE
Peer Facilitators are a group of high
school students who are trained by the
Guidance facilitator to promote mental
health awareness, identify, and assist
students with emotional needs and
build a caring culture among peers of
SMAD.
